Who we are

Custom 3D Creations is the manufacturing brand of MALPOL STATUARY EKSPERTS sp. z o.o., part of the Malpol Group – five companies combining 3D printing, UV printing, 3D scanning, fibreglass production and reverse engineering. The whole process, from the first sketch to the packed series, happens in house, with no middlemen.

We specialise in souvenirs and gifts that make a specific place or brand stand out. We produce 3D UV magnets with relief and NFC keychains, magnets and stands. Every design is created from scratch, based on photos, a coat of arms, a logo or a written concept.

Our office and production are located in Nowa Sól, Lubusz Voivodeship, at ul. Długa 16. We deliver orders for clients all over Poland and ship finished series to every country in the European Union.

Frequently asked questions about working with us

What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum order is 10 pieces of one design. With runs this short the unit cost is higher, because the design work and production setup are spread over fewer items – so small runs work best as a test series or a gift for a specific event. Tell us how many pieces you need and we will suggest a quantity that makes sense.

Are the quote and the 3D design paid for?

The quote and the design are free of charge. We show a 3D visualisation before production starts and make revisions until the design is approved.

Can we visit the production facility?

Yes. You are welcome at our premises in Nowa Sól, ul. Długa 16. Please contact us by phone or e-mail beforehand so we can prepare for your visit.

Do you ship orders abroad?

Yes, we ship to every country in the European Union. For EU companies we issue an invoice with an EU VAT number.

What should we prepare before sending an enquiry?

A description of the idea plus an approximate quantity and deadline is enough. Photos of the object, a coat of arms, a logo or examples of projects you like are helpful – we will prepare the design on that basis.
